TidalAI provides an AI receptionist: a phone number answered by an automated assistant that can book appointments, answer questions about your business, take messages, and transfer calls. The AI is an automated system — it can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and messages it takes on your behalf.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly via Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance; when it is exhausted the AI stops answering (calls forward to your own number) unless overage is enabled on your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
We may suspend numbers or accounts that generate abuse complaints, violate telecom carrier policies, or attempt to disrupt the service. Where practical we will contact you before suspending.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, transcribed, or booked correctly, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Our handling of your data and your callers' data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account holders. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: hello@tidalai.net.
